August 2019. The Open Arms boat was off the coast of Lampedusa without being able to disembark, with 163 people on board. For 20 days, the ONG relayed this situation via Twitter. This denunciation became social and media pressure, and succeeded in getting Italy to allow them to disembark.

 #LifeGuardTweets. A campaign by Open Arms & Twitter, where we rescued 20 of those tweets and turned them into NFTs, to give them a second chance to do something good, raising funds for the ONG to continue doing this essential work.
